please ensure you read all info before applying! by sending a request you are agreeing to these terms.
✦commissions are not first come first serve; i'll be choosing prompts that appeal to me most and that i feel the most confident about so i can provide a high standard of work in a timely manner without burning out!
this will vary with my schedule/energy level - if i don't accept your request straightaway, i may come back to it in a later round! (no pressure if you're no longer interested or cannot accept when i contact you for whatever reason 🥰)✦prices are in usd, payment via paypal invoice once details are agreed upon (bank transfer negotiable for australian clients!)
· payment required before i start work - either full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the rough is approved
· if an invoice is not paid within 48 hours (without reasonable communication) the commission will be cancelled.✦completed commissions are non-refundable, however i will do my best to accommodate cancellations before then with partial refunds depending on how much work has been completed!
· i will refund in full if you need to cancel before i have started working on your commission, or if i have to cancel for my own personal reasons.✦i aim to complete commissions within 1-3 weeks - if i think i'll take longer, i'll let you know!
· if you have a specific date you need your artwork by, please let me know upfront. i would prefer to avoid taking rush orders, but can consider this on a case-by-case basis.✦my process will vary depending on the type of commission, but i will check in with you for your approval at each stage!
where applicable, these stages are rough blocking > sketch > ink > flat colour > render.
i may send you multiple rough blocked options for you to decide which concept i work with; this + the sketch stage is where any desired major revisions will occur. after the sketch stage is complete i will only make minor changes, unless i missed something or made a mistake along the way!✦commissions are for personal use only unless negotiated otherwise - you are free to use it as an icon/banner/wallpaper etc, or print it out for yourself
· when posting publicly, please credit my twitter (@ryonello) & leave my signature visible
· you may not monetize the artwork in any way (resell/nft/prints/merch etc)
· please do not trace/edit/modify the artwork in any way✦i reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless negotiated otherwise - this means i can post it to my social media, use in portfolios etc, or, in the case of print/merch commissions, sell the artwork as prints/merch etc
· for fanart commissions especially, i reserve the right to post/use/sell the work as well as stream progress (on twitch) or record the process for youtube videos etc.
· in the case of personal commissions, please let me know upfront if you would prefer it remain private!✦unless mentioned otherwise in the commission type description, the final product provided will be digital only.
· i will provide a full sized png without my signature for your personal use, and a downsized jpg with my signature for posting purposes!

· when filling out your request please provide references of your character + any specific pose/expression preferences if applicable!
· original characters without clear image references may incur an extra design fee
· if you're commissioning fanart of a character/an ip you've seen me draw before, it's likely i already have references or can pretty easily find more; just make sure you let me know if there's a specific version/skin etc of the character that you have in mind!
· i'm always happier to err on the side of more refs than i need vs less, so feel free to send me whatever you've got!// final prices may vary based on the complexity of the design, weapons/props etc negotiable!

print commissions
portrait starting from $100 ($170 for two characters) // half body starting from $120 ($200 for two characters)
fanart only - fully inked + rendered character illustration with a colour/gradient background to join my lineup of a4 prints
· i'm always thinking about who to draw a print of next for conventions & my online store! unfortunately it's impossible for me to catch up on that ever growing list so i simply have to prioritize - if there's a specific character you'd love to see a print of from me, this option is for you!
· includes a physical copy with worldwide shipping to you (individually, or i'll give you a free shipping code and include the print with an order through my bigcartel if you'd like other merch at the same time!)
· i'm open to fandoms i haven't drawn for before!
· (disclaimer) in the case of fandoms i have drawn before, i'd like new designs to match the existing series, which may restrict your options! if you have a specific scenario in mind, it may be better suited to an illustration commission when i have them open again 💕

more relaxed than my regular sketches, a sketch page will have looser lines, flatter shading, and a sort of model shot/candid fashion vibe!
give me a character & some outfit inspiration, or choose a vibe and let me go ham, or even simply stick to default 💕
these have a sort of chill pay-what-you-want vibe; i'll vary the cropping/posing for the composition & the outfits etc etc and appreciate your trust in my taste 🙏
